Agreement. These terms cover use of this website and, where stated, the way we engage for systems, platforms, websites and growth services. The operator is TEKNAS Solutions Pty Ltd trading as Tapverse Digital (ABN 64 654 175 952), Melbourne. By using this site you accept these terms. Project work is governed by a written proposal, statement of work or contract that prevails if it conflicts with this page.

Website information. Content describes our services and platforms in general terms. It is not legal, financial or technical advice, a fixed quote, or a guarantee of results. Examples and figures are illustrative or historically verified for named clients and may not apply to your business.

Systems Check. The free Systems Check is a short consultative call with no obligation to buy. Any summary we send is for your use; it is not a complete audit or architecture design.

Paid work. Scope, fees, timelines, acceptance criteria, IP ownership, data handling and support are agreed in writing before paid work starts. Fixed-price projects mean the agreed scope; changes are quoted separately. Hosting, licences, third-party fees and media spend are extra unless the proposal says otherwise.

Client responsibilities. You provide timely access, content, decisions and accurate information. You remain responsible for your legal compliance (including privacy, consumer and industry rules), your customer data, and approvals of live changes to production systems.

Platforms and software. Platforms such as UnoCart, Dine Time, HubSync, Matter Point and Cortivo may be licensed or provided under separate product terms. You must not reverse engineer, resell or misuse our software except as allowed in writing. Export of your data is available as set out in the relevant product or project terms.

Intellectual property. Site content, designs and our pre-existing tools remain ours or our licensors'. Deliverables created for you under a project are assigned or licensed as the written agreement states. You grant us a licence to use your marks and materials only as needed to deliver the work, and a non-exclusive right to refer to the engagement in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Confidentiality. Each party keeps the other's non-public business and technical information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or already public through no fault of the receiving party.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape at a rate that harms the service, or use our tools for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services. Links and embeds (booking calendars, analytics, payments, carrier or CRM tools) are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or policies.

Warranties and liability. To the extent permitted by Australian law, the website is provided as is. For paid services, remedies are as set out in the project agreement. Nothing excludes non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can be limited, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to this website is limited to AUD 100, and for a project to the fees paid for that project in the three months before the claim, unless the written agreement sets a different cap.

Indemnity. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the site or platforms, or your breach of these terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

Suspension. We may suspend access to the site or a service for security, non-payment (where applicable), or material breach, after reasonable notice where practical.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes. We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms for website use. Project agreements change only by written variation.
